Intervale provides it’s farms with an option to rent greenhouse space. For those tomatoes that are no match for the unpredictable Vermont weather. Or the seeds that aren’t seeded directly into the ground. Farms can rent entire greenhouses or a number of “tables” in the common greenhouse. Or, if you’re Pitchfork Farm, an entire greenhouse plus a few tables in the communal one. I've only been inside for a short time to plant a few cabbages, but just for future reference, not somewhere you want to be found on an unseasonably hot Burlington day.
